Throughout Thailand some of the most amazing food can be found. Some of of the greatest aspects of the food throughout the country is its simplicity, while having amazing tastes. In this photo, a woman in a rural part of Thailand, in the northeast region, prepares a crepe on her converted moped/scooter/motorbike.

  • So do they fill the crepes with anything? Or is it eaten plain? Is it French influenced? Hehe I’m curious… :P

As with most of these types of things (there’s also Roti), you can get a variety of fresh fruit, chocolate, or honey inside of them. Not sure how much the French style influenced it, but the shape that they are served is nothing like french crepes…these are almost quesadilla style.
